Matteo speaks of himself in an exclusive interview with Caffè River. He started his business when he was 19 in a café, but he dreamed of becoming an architect. Passionate about Latte Art, he has dedicated to his training by working 6-8 hours a day for three months before the championship. His motto is "where there's a will, there's a way". So he says: "If you believe you can do it, but I do not want to deceive anyone ... the path is very difficult and tortuous." "Drawing on express" - says Matthew - is his passion, but now, got the Italian title, he is pointing to the world title in Budapest June 15, 2017. His ambitions are then to become a worldwide reference trainer and to open his own coffee shop. Matthew, in fact, loves not only painting on the coffees, but also enjoying single origin coffees that are processed naturally and researching in the extraction of espresso, balance and harmony.
