COSTA RICA - Cedral de San Ramón

The family, don Sergio, wife Ana María and the two children Sergio and Patricia, produces coffee in the San Ramón area between 1200 and 1500 metri amsl.

Their production, that includes varietals as Caturra and Villa Sarchí, is both fully washed and black honey.

Yearly they produce around 200 bags of not-selected coffee ("a chorro"), harvested by the members of the family.
