Espresso Master is an advanced course that introduces students to the preparation of drinks based on espresso and especially with the use of frothed milk.

Analytical studies of the structure of the milk and of the frothing and mixing techniques can make learning the necessary skills to prepare

cappuccinos, decorated cappuccinos, and other drinks.

Espresso Master is structured in thematic workshops, including lectures, experiments, and practical activities. The duration is about 8 hours and participation in Espresso Basics is a prerequisite. You will receive a certificate of participation.
