Origine: Costa Rica, Central America, San Marcos de Tarrazú.
Producer: The beautiful family of Minor Esquivel produces high-quality coffee on the farm called "La Pastora", in a breathtaking landscape at San Marcos de Tarrazú.
Don Minor, his wife doña Dilcia, her three sons Yaindra, Nitzi, and Bryan, as well as her grandchildren, work with passion and care for detail on the farm, located at an altitude of 1,300 and 1,600 meters above sea level.
He is a young, working, and very welcoming family. The coffee collection is also carried out thanks to the work of some Panamanian families who have been working seasonally with Don Minor for years. The farm shows beautiful plants of Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha; the production consists of fully washed, light honey or black honey, for a total of 600 bags.
Description: Arabica (SL14, SL28), fully washed, light honey, or black honey.
Altitude: 1300-1600 meters above sea level. Harvest: from June to September.
Taste Notes: Sweet coffee with good body and medium-high acidity. Important aromatic texture, with hints of chocolate, tropical fruits, and spices. To drink with the extraction of your choice between espresso or medium roasting, with "Bodum", and accompanied by creams, puddings, or dried biscuits.
