COVERAGE IN THE COUNTRY
NUCAFE mainly works in 19 districts of Uganda. Between these: Rukungiri, Bushenyi, Masaka, Rakai, Mpigi, Wakiso, Jinja, Kayunga, Iganga, Mbale, Sironko, Kapchorwa, Nebbi, Gulu, Bundibugyo, Sironko, Bududa, Manafwa, and Arua.
CURRENT ACTIVITIES To improve the condition of farmers, NUCAFE seeks to apply its own policy called the "Farmer Ownership Model", according to which farmers must organize to take on as many possible roles in the coffee value chain. The increased number of roles leads to greater participation in the value generated from the coffee and so it leads to greater prosperity.
